Blueberry Iced Lollies – A 3 Ingredients Recipe

I absolutely love Summer – sun, sand, sea and the opportunity to feel like a little child again. What’s not love about it?🍹😉.

I made this recipe last year but for some reason, it remained in draft. This ‘Three Ingredients Lollies’ are a crowd pleaser, and using full-fat Greek yogurt gives you the perfect amount of creaminess needed for you to have the ice-cream taste.

3-Ingredient Blueberry Iced Lolly

Simple healthy treats that will keep you cool all summer long


  • 600g. Blueberries
  • 570g.Yoghurt
  • 2Tbsp.Honey
  • 1tsp. Vanilla extract (optional)

Let’s get started:-

Puree the blueberries in a blender until nearly liquefied into a smoothie-like consistency.

Pour the pureed blueberry to a bow, add in your Greek yogurt and honey (If you want it sweeter, you can add a little more honey)

Pour the mixture evenly into your iced-lolly mould and let them freeze for up to 6 hours or overnight.
Run iced-lolly mould under warm water to easily remove.
