- 2 Lemon
- 128g. Caster Sugar
- 177ml. Water
- De-seed the lemon and thinly slice the lemon.
- Place them in a pot, add the water and sugar
- Leave it to boil in medium heat for 15mins (or until it is slightly translucent)
- Use tongs to place the lemon on a baking paper and allow it to cool down.
Note: This can be preserved for up to 2 days
