Candied Lemon


Ingredients

  • 2 Lemon
  • 128g. Caster Sugar
  • 177ml. Water

Directions

  • De-seed the lemon and thinly slice the lemon.
  • Place them in a pot, add the water and sugar
  • Leave it to boil in medium heat for 15mins (or until it is slightly translucent)
  • Use tongs to place the lemon on a baking paper and allow it to cool down.

Note: This can be preserved for up to 2 days
